FACTS AND TESTING
Testing for all known causes of symptoms before diagnoses would seem...well kinda doctorly, but more often than not we are placing our health in their hands. Think about it. If all we really needed were extra vitamins, hormone shots or inexpensive 'carbons' of the real thing, what incentive would doctors and insurance companies have anyway?? Far be it from me to say that doctors are so desensitized to real health and so all-consumed with greed that they are failing us.....But if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck..............
Testing To Ask For
1. Glucose Tolerance Test
2. Blood Sugar Analysis
3. Hormone Imbalances:
     * Do you have high Estrogen levels?
     * Do you have high Progesterone levels?
     * Do you have low or deficient Dopamine levels?
     * Do you have high led levels indicated in hair follicle testing?
     * Do you have elevated or deficient Seratonin levels?
     * Do you have elevated or deficient Norepinephrine levels?
     * Do you have elevated or deficient Androgen levels?
     * Do you have a Pyridoxine deficiency?
     * Do you have a Magnesium deficiency
     * Do you have a GABA deficiency?
     * Do you have an essential fatty acid deficiency resulting in  abnormal prostaglandin synthesis?
4. Thyroid
5. Food Allergies
6. Liver Function
7. Niacin
FACTS:
In the study of PMS at least 200 symptoms have been reported and occur premenstrually.

Vitamin B-6 lowers estrogen and elevates progesterone at daily doses of 200-600mg. This benefits those women who have elevated estrogen (which lowers vitamin B-6 in the body) and ecompasses the largest group of PMS sufferers.

Vitamin B-6 has a considerable positive affect upon symptoms of depression, irritability, fatigue, dizziness, behavioral symptoms, sociability and performance.

Good results have been noted from woman taking 100-150mg of Pyridoxine (B-6 by the technical name) to combat PMS. Furthermore, no matter what deficiency or elevation, Pyridoxine seems to eleviate PMS syptoms in all categories.

The active form of pyridoxine, (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) is a co-factor in the formation of the following BRAIN neurotransmitters: Dopamine, Seratonin and GABA. Deficiencies of any of these have been tied to depression.

Low Dopamine levels also contribute to elevated prolactin and water retention.
