| This model is a 1/720 scale Revell USS Enterprise kit. The project started out wanting an accurate model of the Enterprise as she was during Operation Desert Fox during 1998 Deployment. The Enterprise participated in Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001 and this is what this kit depicts. The island and the catwalk edges are all scratchbuilt from plastic styrene along with the new sponsons and fantail. Gold Medal photo etch parts along with skywave and fujimi jets are used for the airwing. Water base is made from acrylic jel medium. |
