Overview

The H/PC desktop has a provision for creating desktop shortcuts. However these shortcuts require a double stylus click to run them, and the refresh functionality is also very slow. Launch Force hopes to eliminate these irritants from your H/PC, with a simple, intuitive solution. 

Launch Force is a tray icon utility, and you can configure it to store as many as 10 frequently used applications of your choice. On tapping the tray icon, a pane appears with the respective icons of these 10 applications. Tapping on any of these icons launches that application. What's more, you can configure hot keys to each application, virtually eliminating the need for additional taps to launch those applications. 
 

Instructions for use 

1. Launch Force is activated by a single tap on the tray icon, and shows up as a pane on the right side of your H/PC screen, as shown in the screen shot below.

2. Configure the program with an Alt-tap. Add/Remove programs and assign shortcuts to them.

3. Run the application of your choice by a single tap on the respective icon within the pane. 
4. View tooltips by holding the stylus on the icon, and dragging it away when done. 
5. Keyboard shortcuts assigned during configuration are activated by holding down the 'Launch' key (key with the Windows logo on it) and the specified shortcut key. These keyboard shortcuts will however be active only when Launch Force is running. 

You can download it directly to your HPC, or transfer it from the desktop using HPC Explorer. 

Known Limitations: 

1. Launch Force allows a max of 10 shortcuts as of now. 
2. It displays a fixed sized pane, no matter how many shortcuts are created. 
3. The pane is fixed,and cannot be moved to any other position.
