Margaret Katherine McKee

FONTANELLE -- Mrs. Margaret K. Ramsey, 90, longtime resident of this area, died at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at her home here. Her husband, Fred Ramsey, preceded her in death July 21, 1952. They farmed near Massena and lived in Massena prior to moving here.

Mrs. Ramsey was born near Massena, the daughter of William T. and Mary Ruch McKee. Surviving are two sons, Harold Ramsey of Kansas City and Bert Ramsey of Adair; three daughters, Mrs. Bertha Warrior of Fontanelle, Mrs. Lucille Asman of Poenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Ruby Kallsen of Miami, Fla.; two brothers, Harry and James McKee of Massena, a sister, Mrs. Carolina Edwards of Fontanelle; 11 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Mrs. Nora Morrison, Mrs. Anna Reed and Mrs. Clara Edwards and two brothers, Frank and W. A. McKee.

The remains are at the Ewing funeral home where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Evan Routh will officiate and burial will be in Bryant cemetery northwest of Fontanelle.
