Presidential Decree No. 343

 

 

AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 333

 

SECTION 1.  Section 1 is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

“SEC. 1.  Any provision of existing law, executive or administrative order, or rule or regulations to the contrary notwithstanding, the importation, free from customs duties, of gasoline, kerosene, diesels, liquefied petroleum gas, fuel oil, aviation-turbo fuel, aviation gas, NAPHTHA, AND OTHER PROCESSED PRODUCTS AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY THE PRESIDENT UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY by persons or entities duly authorized by the Oil Industry Commission, shall be allowed for a period of 45 days from the approval of this decree unless sooner terminated by the President.”

 

Done in the City of Manila, this 26th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three.
