Proclamation No. 71

 

 

Pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and nineteen, I hereby reserve for Watershed purposes, subject to private rights if any there be, and withdraw from sale or settlement the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the municipalities of Montalban, San Jose del Monte, Norzagaray, Angat, San Rafael, San Miguel, Peρaranda, and Infanta, Provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-264, to wit:
