Job Descriptions

Flight Operations Squadron Commander, (FO/CC), Authorized Grade: C/Major
Supervises the Flight Commanders and Squadron First Sergeant; is a member of the Unit Staff.

Responsible For:

1. Overseeing the Flight Commanders.
2. Relaying information from the Cadet Corps Commander to the Flight Commanders.
3. Acting as a liaison bewteen the Flights and Unit Staff.
4. Overseeing that the training, standardization, and drill and ceremonies are conducting properly.
5. Coordinating the school flag detail with first and last period flight commanders.
6. Providing attendance rosters at unit functions for service point tracking. Turns in rosters to Information Management the next school day after the function.
7. Performing other duties as assigned by the Unit Commander ot the SASI/ASI.

Flight Operations Squadron First Sergeant, (FO/CCF), Auth. Grade: C/SMSgt
Is a member of the Unit Staff.

Responsible For:

1. Keeping the Squadron Commander informed on matters of drill, uniform wear, and conduct of cadets.
2. Enforcing AFJROTC regulations on uniform wear and care and standards of conduct, customs, and courtesies.
3. Maintaining a high degree of personal military bearing and appearance. Serves as an example for the Cadet Corps.
4. Performing all other duties as assigned by the Unit Commander or the SASI/ASI.
