Changed site from frames navigation to border navigation

Changed border background due to voiced disapproval of new design

07JUL99

Changed border background again for same reason

Decided to scrap border navigation design; began new way of navigation using buttons on welcome screen

09/10JUL99

Put up new border, constructed and combined sections into new pages

11JUL99

Completed temporary navigation menu; made available two separate website awards (Top Flight, Rising Star), applied for additional awards for this site

12JUL99

Made permanent Website Menu; Fine tuned image titles with ALT commands; fixed some links, added Newsletter list to Main Menu.

14-16JUL99

Completed graphics and swithced over to a table format, changed fonts, changed page names and directories, removed newsletter on menu due to unpopularity. Site is now completed until start of SY99-00 (unless mistakes found in site).
