The private policy of this site is that I will not allow anyone to steal the backgrounds. All of them at the time of writting this were created by me or in the future by me or some other person. They are for decorating your desktop obviously. Please don't just steal these backgrounds and place them on your own site. Though, since a lot of them are crappy anyway, I don't know why you'd want to steal them =^.^=(). However, if you ask kindly in an email that you would like to place some backgrounds up on your site, I'll gladly allow you to. All it takes is an email and a please. In the future if there are other desktops by other people, their names and emails will be located somewhere by the desktop they created. That would be it, don't steal and ask permission.
