The 14th Annual General Meeting of AICCF was held on Sunday 18th November 2007 at the residence of Dr. A.Chatterjee. Aside from routine matters, there was a discussion about SMS Chess (see p.8). The suggestions put forward by Shri Dhanish regarding playing rules were considered, however the details of the next AICCF Championship will be decided only after the completion of the present 1507 Championship. The Management committee took a decision to terminate all games of S.K.Somani in 1507 in view of the repeated irregularity of the correspondence with his opponents (see p. 66) for full details.
