SABER Quotes from Jack Be Nimble, Jack Be Quick.

Sam: "Bailey, I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm... I feel like I'm being pulled in too many directions, I can not focus."
Bailey: "This thing with your friends."
Sam: "Yeah, I... I need your help."
Bailey: "You got it. We'll take it to the rest of the team, we'll pull in some personal time."
Sam: "Thanks."

Bailey: "Hey. We were looking for you in the conversary."
Sam: "Is that all you're having for lunch?"
Bailey: "I put milk in it. I usually settle for the powder stuff."
Sam: "How did it go last night after I left?"
Bailey: "Franny seemed pretty down on herself so I let it go with a warning."
Sam: "What are you guys doing to celebrate?"
Bailey: "I wanna take her to Rico's for dinner. Can you do me a favor? Will you do a portrait of her for her birthday?"
Sam: "Sure."

Frances: "Hello?"
Sam: "Sorry, that's a..."
Frances: "I know that vacant look."
Sam: "Yeah, it's called a thousand yard stare, it's like a... it's like looking back through time all that you've seen... good and bad."
Frances: "Been there."
Sam: "What do you see?"
Frances: "I see the wall paper on the ceiling of my old bedroom on Randall Street. I'd lie awake and listen to my mom and dad screaming at each other. Almost all night. And my sister... she always slept right through it."
Sam: "What were they arguing about?"
Frances. "Nothing really. Actually, one morning I woke up, and there was a hole in the plaster through this big. And I asked my mom what happened. And she said: 'Oh, your dad, he was angry and he hit the wall it was... it was nothing.' How can putting your fist through a fricking wall be nothing? It was like that when I shot him. Like his fist in the wall. It was nothing."
Sam: "Like it didn't mean anything?"
Frances: "No, like... like I didn't feel it. You know, I was just numb. And after a while... I wondered why. When you shoot your father you should feel something, right?"
Sam: " Well maybe you did. Maybe you were just afraid you couldn't handle it so you... bottled it up, you know?"
Frances: "Maybe you're right. Um... about the other night. I was really stupid and I was mean. I'm sorry."
Sam: "It's okay."
Frances: "I'm sorry."
Sam: "That's fine."
Frances: "Maybe we could do this again some time, huh?"
Sam: "Yeah."
