Peppermint
Peppermint Tea - This is useful and safe for morning sickness. Incidentally, you can also alternate with fresh ginger tea for nausea. One grated tablespoon (use a cheese grater) of fresh ginger root. Pour boiling water on and steep for 10 minutes. Add honey for taste if you wish. You can have up to 3 cups daily.
