Lecithin is a common food additive used in ice cream,
margarine, mayonnaise, and chocolate bars to help
with the fat in these foods with water.
Healthful qualities mildly increasing
the amount of
choline in the brain.
More

an important
nerotransmitter that is needed for memory to function.
When it helps, it helps right away.

In a bid to prevent harmful substances
from reaching the brain we are equipped

Like an armed guard at a checkpoint,
the brainbarrier allows only certain chemicals
in the blood to pass into the brain.
