Patchouli Bath Oil

Haven't tried it myself,
as patchouli is just not my favorite smell,
but maybe with a different oil....

"This recipe is for patchouli bath oil,
a fragrance connected with love incense,
love sachets and burned for divination.
It is a very heady scen tand one you
will find very appealing.

1/4 cup safflower oil
1 cup water
2 teaspoons alkanet dye
1 dram patchouli oil
2 Tablespoons glycerine

Make the alkanet dye by simmering
1/2 oz. of alkanet root
in 1 cup ofdistilled water for 5 minutes.
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour
into a special bottle.
Use a small amount in your bath.
If you need special conditioning for dry skin you
can substitute wheat germ oil for part
of the safflower oil.
You can also add a small amount
of coconut oil directly to the bath water."
