Open the cover in the front using the Fire Hook

Carlos appeared, after talking with him Nemesis turned up

Live selection. Run into the basement room or detonate the gas (hide in the dinning room)

If you choose run into the basement, he'll be shot by Carlos (he'll recover soon). If you choose detonate the gas, you'll get First Aid Box(hard mode only)
