Against all odds I try very had to remain hopeful. Hopeful that I will catch a break with my appeals. Everyone wants me to keep my spirits up and it is becoming harder as they years pass.
See, I am no longer foolish enough to believe that the Judges are seeking justice. I know they are only making whatever rulings are popular, so they can keep climbing the ladder of success, whether it is their next election or an appointment to the Federal circuits.
So , as I keep trying to see the sun, I am wondering why, where, and how am I to find signs of hope in my situation.
