To Whom it May concern

Too young to vote..... Too young to smoke...
But not too young to be executed by the "Blood thirsty" state...

I was 17 when I was arrested, but I am 24 now even if I am 34 if I'm executed. I was still a child when this crime was committed. This country has become so "blood thirsty" and full of hate that they would execute a child just to prove that they are so-called tough on crime.

Killing is wrong, I understand that but executing a man for something he done as a child is also wrong. "Morally wrong".

Our ex-President Mr. Clinton went to Singapore to stop a teenager from being caned, he said their method of punishment is cruel and wrong. But at the same time teenagers are being executed here in the U.S. so he's saying our method isn't cruel and wrong. Now you compare the two methods 10 licks from a cane or over 2000 volts going threw your body until you're dead !!

We're told you're too young to vote, drink or smoke can't even get a "R" rated movie. I am too young to do all these things, but as soon as I committed a capital offense, they sentenced me to be executed by the state

I would like to ask society do they believe in their hearts, that taking my young life will make the streets of America any safer?

Even after the victim's family cried and pleaded at my trial to that "blood thirsty" Judge, that they didn't want me to be executed. They told the Judge they wanted me to get life without, so I could wake up every morning and think about what I had done. The Judge didn't respect the jury or the family decision and sentenced me to death.

If I'm executed this will be the first time ever in Alabama, where the Judge overruled the jury and the family and sentenced someone to death.

Capital punishment doesn't solve problems, it just creates more
