الوهن
a
فلا تهنوا وتدعوا إلى السلم وأنتم
الأعلون والله معكم ولن يتركم أعمالكم *
h
فَلَا تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنْتُمْ
الْأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ
h
[ محمد (35) ] .
Be not weary and faint-hearted, crying for peace, when ye
should be uppermost: for Allah is with you, and will never put you in loss for
your (good) deeds.
وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمْ الْأَعْلَوْنَ
إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
h
[ آل عمران (139) ] .
So lose not heart, nor fall into despair: for ye must
gain mastery if ye are true in Faith.
مَنْ كَانَ يَظُنُّ أَنْ لَنْ يَنصُرَهُ اللَّهُ فِي
الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ بِسَبَبٍ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ لِيَقْطَعْ
فَلْيَنظُرْ هَلْ يُذْهِبَنَّ كَيْدُهُ مَا يَغِيظُ
h
[ الحج (15) ] .
any think that Allah will not help him (His Messenger) in
this world and the Hereafter, let him stretch out a rope to the ceiling and cut
(himself) off: then let him see whether his plan will remove that which enrages
(him)!
وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ قَاتَلَ مَعَهُ رِبِّيُّونَ
كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُوا لِمَا أَصَابَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُوا
وَمَا اسْتَكَانُوا وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ
h
[ آل
عمران (146) ] .
How many of the Prophets fought (in Allah's way), and
with them (fought) large bands of godly men? But they never lost heart if they
met with disaster in Allah's way, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in.
And Allah loves those who are firm and steadfast.
مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ
كَمَثَلِ الْعَنكَبُوتِ اتَّخَذَتْ بَيْتًا وَإِنَّ أَوْهَنَ الْبُيُوتِ لَبَيْتُ
الْعَنْكَبُوتِ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ
h
[ العنكبوت (41) ] .
The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah
is that of the Spider, who builds (to itself) a house; but truly the flimsiest
of houses is the Spider's house; if they but knew..
وَلَا تَهِنُوا فِي ابْتِغَاءِ الْقَوْمِ إِنْ تَكُونُوا
تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمُونَ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنْ اللَّهِ
مَا لَا يَرْجُونَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
h
[ (104) النساء ] .
And slacken not in following up the enemy: if ye are
suffering hardships, they are suffering similar hardships; but ye have hope
from Allah, while they have none. And Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom..
