Ancient Words For Today is a series of inspirational messages, written by Kurt Snyder, that were originally distributed periodically by email. The purpose of the Ancient Words messages is to draw attention to God's age-abiding, life-transforming words of wisdom by providing brief thought-provoking messages tied to Bible scriptures and utilizing Carole's Scripture Cards.
Kurt retired in 2004, after working 12 years as Risk Manager for Mazda and is now doing freelance risk management consulting through his company, ARK - Applied Risk Knowledge.
Shortly following retirement, Kurt & his wife, Carole, moved to Florida from Southern California and are enjoying life together in a beautiful tropical environment.
Carole and Kurt are devoted believers and followers of Jesus Christ. They have been actively involved with their church and & leading Bible study fellowship groups for over 25 years. They are actively sharing their faith and God's values through Life Quest, their on-line evangelistic and spiritual growth website, and Carole's Scripture Cards, which combine God's word with attractive photos that Kurt has taken over the years.
We hope Ancient Words For Today will bring glory to God and be an encouragement and challenge to His children as they seek God and follow after Him.
