With what words and depth of gratitude can we adequately praise the Lord for all that He has done for us and for the blessings He will continue to shower upon us as we remain in His presence for ever? How could we ever count the times each day that the Lord thinks about us with loving thoughts and takes actions for our well being? How often does the Lord come to our rescue and deliver us when we don't even sense the danger or know that He has acted on our behalf?
Moment by moment the Lord watches over us. As our shepherd He gently leads us, feeds us, refreshes us, protects us, strengthens us and provides for all of our needs. He continually works in our lives to purify us, removing the impurities and bringing forth pure gold. He does this so that we might more perfectly reflect His goodness, love, and righteousness and share the gospel of salvation to a lost people in darkness who need Him desperately.
He has promised to be with us always even to the end of the world! He has saved us, who have believed in Him, from the curse of spiritual separation with himself. He has given us new life and will not lose one of us - that is His promise. He is our constant companion and guide each day of our life and He will ultimately guide us to our heavenly home.
The most precious benefits the Lord has blessed believers with is forgiveness of their sins, eternal salvation and the joy of having fellowship with Him. He knows us completely and wants us to know Him more fully, as we spend time with Him each day. The Lord values us more than we could ever comprehend and wants to draw us ever closer to Himself. He fills us with Himself and is creating in us a loving spirit that loves others the way He loves us.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 2Peter 1:2-4
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Psalm 68:19
