The wish list is a moving target and maintenance is difficult. In general, items waiting to be filled are in reguar font. Filled or partially filled items are in gray. Often it is possible to satisfy a wanted item with a direct entry in the Alliance for Progress Encyclopedia or with a reference to external information. When an item is partly filled it has the form "foobar: Entry Outlink" with gray letters indicating how the request has been met. A 'completely' filled item has the form foobar or foobar: Entry Outlink. A filled item or part can also be indicated with a link to the article in the Encyclopedia or to the external reference(s) on an Outlink page.
