( Destroying The Fortress )

 Stances:

Heiko dachi ( parallel stance )

Heisoku dachi ( feet together )

Kokutsu dachi ( back-leaning stance )

Kake dachi ( hooked stance )

Kiba dachi ( horse-riding stance )

Zenkutsu dachi ( forward stance )

Punches / Strikes:

Gyaku zuki ( reverse punch )

Seiken zuki ( straight punch )

Ura uchi ( backfist strike )

Mawashi empi ( round elbow strike )

Morote tetsui uchi (double hammer-fist strike )

Haito uke ( ridge-hand block )

Kicks:

Mikazuki geri ( crescent kick )

 Start in heiko dachi facing north, bow.

(1) Step left foot in to heisoku dachi, Chinese salute (wrap left hand around right fist at chin level).

(2) Raise right knee at 45° to the front left, raise right elbow and move hands across to in front of left shoulder.

(3) Step right foot forward, drag left foot up into right foot forward kake dachi (cross left foot behind right ankle), right reinforced uchi uke (left palm against side of left forearm).

(4) Step left foot back and across, turn 180° to the left to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi (facing south), left uchi uke, right uchi uke.

(5) Right foot mawate to right foot forward zenkutsu dachi (facing north), left soto uke, right uchi uke.

(6) Step right foot in and turn 90° to the right to heisoku dachi (facing  east), right gedan barai.

(7) Raise right hand, step right foot forward to right foot forward zenkutsu dachi, right soto uke, left uchi uke.

(8) Step left foot back and turn 90° to the left to heiko dachi (facing north), right fist on right hip, left fist on right fist palm facing back.

(9) Open left hand palm facing right, slow block forwards in front of right hip, turn right hand so palm faces forward, slow block from right to left, finishing in front of left hip.

(10) Right seiken zuki, rotate both feet 45° to the front left, twist right arm into uchi uke (without first retracting right fist).

(11) Rotate both feet back to heiko dachi, left seiken zuki, rotate both feet 45° to the front right, twist left arm into uchi uke (without first retracting left fist).

(12)  Step right foot forward to right foot forward kokutsu dachi, right shuto uke.

(13)  Step left foot forward to left foot forward kokutsu dachi, left shuto uke.

(14) Step right foot forward to right foot forward kokutsu dachi, right shuto uke.

(15)  Step right foot back to left foot forward kokutsu dachi, left shuto uke.

(16)  Drop right hand next to right leg palm facing forward, lean forwards as you sweep the right hand around to in front of the left knee (palm stays  facing inwards, and finishes facing backwards just in front of left knee),  then continue up with jodan haito uke, turn right hand so palm faces down,  grab opponent's arm with right hand, grab your right forearm with your left hand, pull both hands halfway in.

(17)  Turn 270° (3/4 turn) to the left (to face west, keep looking north), raise right foot next to left knee. Simultaneously pull both hands to the right hip, right kanzetsu geri, kiai. Look over your left shoulder (to the south), step right foot down to left foot forwards kokutsu dachi (facing south), left shuto uke.

(18)  Step right foot forwards to right foot forwards kokutsu dachi, right shuto uke.

(19)  Step right foot back to heisoku dachi, both hands to both hips.

(20) Morote jodan age uke (fists meet in the middle).

(21) Step right foot forward to right foot forward zenkutsu dachi, morote chudan tetsui uchi.

(22)  Quickly shuffle forwards (stay in right foot forwards zenkutsu dachi), retract left fist to left hip, right oi zuki (do not retract right hand before punching).

(23)  Left foot mawate (to left foot forwards zenkutsu dachi facing north), right gedan teisho uchi.

(24)  Step left foot in to heisoku dachi (facing east but keep looking north), grab with right hand and pull right hand up so right arm is up at 90°, left gedan ura uchi (all done slowly).

(25)  Right chudan mikazuki geri (to the north), step down to kiba dachi (facing  west but keep looking north), right augmented GoJu down block finishing above right knee with knuckles facing 45° to the front right (north west).

(26) Look over your left shoulder (to the south), open both hands palms facing  back, right hand in front of left shoulder, left hand under right armpit.

(27)  Slow and strong left backhand block finishing with left arm pointing south, right fist to right hip.

(28)  Right mikazuki geri to left palm (left palm should not move), turn 180° to  the left, step down to kiba dachi (facing east and look east), right mawashi empi to left palm.

(29)  Right gedan barai, left hand to right shoulder, slight pause then left gedan barai, right hand to left shoulder, and immediately right gedan barai, left hand to right shoulder.

(30) Step right foot back and turn 90° to the right to heisoku dachi (facing south), left fist to left hip, right fist on left fist palm facing back.

(31) Right mikazuki geri, step right foot forwards to right foot forward  zenkutsu dachi, simultaneous right shita zuki and left jodan gyaku zuki (directly above right fist), step back to heisoku dachi, right fist on  right hip, left fist on right fist palm facing back.

(32)  Left mikazuki geri, step left foot forwards to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi, simultaneous left shita zuki and right jodan gyaku zuki (directly  above left fist), step back to heisoku dachi, left fist on left hip, right fist on left fist palm facing back.

(33)  Right mikazuki geri, step right foot forwards to right foot forward  zenkutsu dachi, simultaneous right shita zuki and left jodan gyaku zuki (directly above left fist) (do not step back).

(34)  Step left foot across behind right foot so feet are in line east-west and two shoulder widths apart, turn 180° to the left to face north, both feet should turn so they are pointing 45° to the front left (north west), right gedan uke followed by right uchi uke.

(35)  Rotate feet to point 45° to the front right (north east), left gedan uke followed by left uchi uke.

(36)  Look 45° to the front right (north east), step left foot in to right foot, step right foot forward to right foot forward kokutsu dachi, right shuto uke (at 45° facing north east).

(37)  Look over your left shoulder at 45° to the front left (north west), swing right foot around to right foot forwards kokutsu dachi (at 45° facing south east but keep looking north west - actually a reverse kokutsu dachi; right hand should follow right foot and finish pointing south east as well).

(38)  Quickly step right foot halfway in, then step left foot forward to left foot forward kokutsu dachi (still at 45° facing north west), left shuto uke, kiai.

(39)  Step left foot in to heisoku dachi (facing north), Chinese salute.
