( Flight Of The Swallow )

Stances:

Heiko dachi ( parallel stance )

Heisoku dachi ( feet together )

Zenkutsu dachi ( forward stance )

Hun zenkustu dachi ( half forward stance )

Kiba dachi ( horse-riding stance )

Kake dachi ( hooked stance )

GoJu ( back stance )

Kokutsu dachi ( back-leaning stance )

 Start facing north in heiko dachi, bow.

(1) Bring left foot in to heisoku dachi, left hand to left hip open palm facing right, right arm in front of body, front of right fist against left palm, right palm facing backwards.

(2) Step left foot to the left 1 shoulder width and back slightly, right hand to left shoulder. Drop down so right knee nearly touches the floor just in front of left foot, right gedan barai (still looking north). Back up to heiko dachi (step left foot forward) left hand on left hip, right hand on left hand palm facing down.

(3) Look right, right hand to left shoulder, extend left hand. Step right foot back and to the right to right foot forward zenkutsu dachi facing east, right gedan barai.

(4) Look left, step right foot forward to kiba dachi facing north, left kagi zuki.

(5) Step left foot forward to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi left gedan barai.

(6) Right jodan gyaku zuki.

(7) Grab hair with right hand, right hiza uchi.

(8) Step right foot forward, drag left foot up to right foot forward kake  dachi (wrap left foot behind right ankle), left gedan zuki, right hand open to left ear palm facing ear.

(9) Step left foot back to GoJu back stance (like zenkutsu dachi but with feet  in line), right gedan barai. Look over your left shoulder (to the south), step left foot across to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi facing south, left gedan barai.

(10)  Right jodan gyaku zuki.

(11)  Grab hair with right hand, right hiza uchi.

(12)  Step right foot forward, drag left foot up to right foot forward kake  dachi (wrap left foot behind right ankle), left gedan zuki, right hand open to left ear palm facing ear.

(13)  Step left foot back to GoJu back stance, right gedan barai. Look over your  left shoulder (to the north), step left foot across to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi facing north, left gedan barai.

(14)  Look 45° to the front right (north east), raise left knee in that direction, prepare left hand open fingers pointing up palm facing right above left knee. Keep right hand on right hip. Slow haishu uke and knee block sweeping across to the left, finishing with left foot stepping down  into kiba dachi facing north and left hand stopping at 45° to the front left (north west) (watch left hand as it blocks across, finish looking at  left hand).

(15)  Step right foot up and hook behind left knee while doing right tetsui uchi  to left palm, kiai. Left hand under right armpit fingers point up palm  facing right, look to the front (north), step right foot down to kiba  dachi facing north while left hand slowly blocks forward keeping the palm facing right and slowly retracting the right hand to the right hip, then turn left hand so palm faces forward and slow open hand block from right to left.

(16)  Right seiken zuki, left seiken zuki.

(17)  Look left (to the west), step left foot back and across to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi facing west, left gedan barai.

(18)  Right jodan gyaku zuki.

(19)  Step right foot forward to right foot forward kokutsu dachi, right shuto uke.

(20) Step right foot back to heisoku dachi, step left foot forward to left foot forward kokutsu dachi left shuto uke.

(21)  Right chudan gyaku zuki.

(22)  Step right foot forward to right foot forward kokutsu dachi right shuto uke.

(23)  Look behind over your left shoulder, step left foot across and turn 180° to the left to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi (facing east), left gedan barai.

(24)  Right jodan gyaku zuki.

(25)  Grab hair with right hand, right hiza uchi.

(26)  Step right foot forward, drag left foot up to right foot forward kake  dachi (wrap left foot behind right ankle), left gedan zuki, right hand open to left ear palm facing ear.

(27)  Step left foot back to GoJu back stance, right gedan barai. Look over your  left shoulder (to the west), step left foot across to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi facing west, left gedan barai.

(28)  Drop right hand next to rleg fingers pointing down palm facing forward. Slow rising teisho uke with the right hand finishing at shoulder level, left hand to left hip.

(29)  Look right (to the north), drag left foot halfway back, turn right to face north, raise right hand palm facing down, lower left hand palm facing up. Step right foot forward to right foot forward zenkutsu dachi (facing north), slow rising teisho uke with right hand, slow descending teisho uke with left hand.

(30)  Step left foot forward to left foot forward zenkutsu dachi, slow rising teisho uke with left hand, slow descending teisho uke with right hand.

(31)  Step right foot forward to right foot forward zenkutsu dachi, slow rising teisho uke with right hand, slow descending teisho uke with left hand.

(32)  Drag left foot in halfway, step right foot forward to right foot forward kokutsu dachi, right gedan barai, left hand on stomach.

(33)  Step right foot forward a little more, drag left foot halfway in to hun zenkutsu dachi, grab opponent's belt with right hand and collar with left  hand.

(34)  Throw opponent over your left shoulder, raise right foot, continue to turn  through 360° to the left raising left foot next and leaping up and backwards (toward the south), landing 3 shoulder widths back in right foot  forward kokutsu dachi with right shuto uke, kiai.

(35)  Step right foot back to left foot forward kokutsu dachi, left shuto uke.

(36)  Step left foot back to heisuko dachi, left hand to left hip open palm facing right, right arm in front of body, front of right fist against left palm, right palm facing backwards.
