This is about the accident on Route 52 near Mast Blvd last Friday. Here's the article, click here. I added the previous sentence on 1 Oct 07 for the Geocities location of the news article in case the web link fails to work. And here's the web link for the record I've had here since 10 Sep 07 although it may not work anymore: click here. The rest of the following comments have been here since 10 Sep 07. I noticed today on my mail route you guys didn't fly any of those small planes in my direction over the part of Santee by the accident scene. You realize the friends of the two people killed in the accident where putting flowers on the small memorial near the crash site along 52. That was about 2:15 pm today as I drove by on the 52 east. I wonder if you guys suspended those flights of surveillance on me over that particular area because of the victims' friends out there. Because if you would have flown over the area then they would have looked up and wondered if you guys were flying in some kind of recognition or salute for the victims. Or they may have thought you were just being curious.

They or someone would have said wait a minute, weren't the same kind of planes flying around in the same area around 2:30 pm last Friday, the time of the accident? You were flying above in area Friday around that time. Then they or the media would start asking questions to see if there was any kind of connection to the accident. The man who was driving westbound on the 52 could have looked in his mirrors to check out your plane or planes. He may have noticed them if they were flying at the lowest allowed altitude. And looking in the mirrors or out a window could have been all it took to distract him from avoiding the wrong way woman driver. I'm not trying to be a jerk in saying that. Don't go do something rash because I brought it up.

I believe there's an upper and lower altitude level where you guys are permitted to fly. And if you guys were flying at the legal low level on Friday, then why? Just some questions people could have asked if you guys would have flown out there this afternoon near the small memorial at around 2:00 to 2:30. I have no way of knowing if those questions are actually being asked now. I'm not going to the police to suggest what I said. They would probably brush me off saying training flights and other flights of small craft go on all the time and there's nothing to worry about. And I still realize some of you guys are the police too.

I'm only showing up on this site when something I think important has happened. Like when I went up on the roof of the credit union building last Saturday afternoon in Kearny Mesa. I found the roof door unlocked and reported it to an employee at California Coast Credit Union on Saturday. He notified the building security manager who is a supervisor at the credit union. I've known both of them for over two years. I talked to the security manager today about the unlocked door. I checked the door and it's still unlocked as of early this afternoon. Brother. So I asked the mail room to notify the security manager that the door is still unlocked. I guess security is still trying to get a copy of the key. A contractor from a few days ago probably failed to lock the door according to security. What a bunch of dopes. I hope Cal Coast security does not get into trouble for not checking the door or not having an escort with whoever contractor that was. Cal Coast could be the dopes too for letting it happen.

I noticed your planes above the area when I was on the roof but did not make any gestures to them. Ok so I thought it was interesting and funny to a degree when you guys saw me on the roof. Then later the same day Saturday I posted the Up On The Roof song sung by James Taylor.

But the accident on the 52 is something a lot more serious. There's no indication your planes had anything to do with it. That will never be known if it did. I'm only speculating if the plane(s) distracted either one of the drivers last Friday. But you still suspended the flights today over that area around 2:15 pm.

As for yesterday Sunday you guys got me good with the fire truck and the limo parked near the UCSD main library as I drove up yesterday. But as you noticed I went up the stairs and avoided the main PCs on the lower levels where you guys may have been planted. Yes I stood at the PC on one of the upper levels and just waited for the nearby elevator doors to open up to see if I could tell if any of you guys were sent up to find me.

Later when I exited the main library I heard an small aircraft. Then I went under the overhangs of the building. You guys probably noticed that. And so I used the trees and buildings to try to hide somewhat from the craft above as I made my way to the medical library. There I wasted about 6 hours downloading paid for music. It was wasted time because when I got the chance to listen to the full song tracks at home none of them sounded good to me. Why bother to mention Sunday when on the surface it does not appear as important as Friday's events? Well I have a habit of adding extra things when I post about an important event. I guess I just posted some web activity. It was Mp3Fiesta.com where I downloaded the new age music.
