The LE and Military Confrontaions

Ok you guys a big part of the reason for me adding the confrontation predictions on the home page is preparation for me to see what you guys are up to at one of the street intersections in town. I've been looking for a legal method to observe you guys in a way that you guys notice. Something that bothers you without breaking any laws. And I came upon it with that intersection on the way to my college.

The Intersection

So as I was planning to show up there on foot every weekday, it took about 30 seconds for me to scrap that plan temporarily. Because it dawned on me that people reading this site without the civil strife and confrontation parts may think I'm taking myself seriously. And that together with the possibility of the street intersection issue going public could upset my dad. And I don't want to lose his friendship. So by making the confrontation section provocative my dad will believe the whole site is mostly fiction, like a novel in a diary. So if you guys try to accuse me of any illegal activity at the intersection, when my dad reads this site he will think I was just going to the intersection on foot as part of inspiration and research for my blogs. That's true except you guys and I know that my confrontation predictions could happen although unlikely. Just don't mess with the reporters as I said.

The ACLU

Needless to say I hope the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) will call me to sue you guys if you illegally arrest me. I know that sounds like I have a big head thinking the ACLU will call me first. If they don't then I will request their services to sue you if you guys do anythng illegal against me or to have them take my case if you guys prosecute me for something. I respect what you guys are capable of doing. I think you guys may sort of respect or at least are concerned about what the ACLU is able to do in situations like this. Yes I've been thinking about the ACLU getting involved in this for years.

Passing Through the Intersection

So back to the street intersection. I'll be there most every morning on the weekdays on foot on my way to the market down the street. I park my car two or three blocks away and get some exercise by walking instead of parking in the lot in front of the market. Nothing illegal about that. Then I'll go to my college classes a few miles away. So again the intersection is on the way to my college. It's only one intersection. In other locations in the city as I've mentioned before in blogs I may park my car and walk down a commercial district street to check out stores. You guys may travel there in your vehicles to monitor me.

The National Guard

This is not some smart aleck dare. I'm going to calmly pass by that intersection on foot almost daily. If you guys get bent out of shape and falsely imprison me then you will get sued. Oh and if this site and I get a lot of publicity from your arrest of me well then as I mentioned in the intro you and I better get ready to be pursued by the media no matter where you go or I go. And if you guys go overboard and put those reporters in danger in a fit of temper or calculated measures then you never know if they may get escorted by the National Guard.

Contingency Plans, Not Pretty

The state (of California) could call out the National Guard if it got that far to protect the media reporters. If a state official or politician made such an order then the feds may simply have the politician arrested. But as you guys may have been thinking it wouldn't be the end of it. Meaning not the physical end of it as well as not the legal end of it. The politician will probably have contingency plans already made in case the feds arrest him or her. That would be loyal National Guard units or some sort of private security that may intercept the convoy of feds who have taken the politician away. Not something anyone wants to see happen. And before or during all this some state officials may confront each other over the issue of protection of the news reporters.

An Interstate Incident

Other states could get involved say if some of the reporters in danger from you guys were close friends of another state's high officials. Or if a high up offical of California under arrest by the feds is a close friend of the high officials of another state. Politics could get involved here. You guys may be generally conservative. But another state coming to the rescue of an arrested California official may be a liberal state. Maybe that state would sent out troops by air to extricate the official in California.

Well if the military planes are coming from an eastern state there may be a state in the midwest that will not allow the planes to cross their border. But the eastern state's planes can be as prepared as the midwest state's defenses. The planes going westward can launch countermeasures high up which could force the midwestern state's planes to a lower altitude, or simply engage the planes directly. Then airborne troops who would have landed on the ground from the incoming eastern planes would be waiting to confront the midwestern planes. A sad state of affairs if it ever got that far out of hand.

An International Incident

Other countries would look at this and wonder what is wrong with us that this could happen over a dope like me. But I know as well as some state and national officials that it wouldn't be about me. It would be about the treatment of the investigating reporters which would lead to the rest. Another country may perceive the military confrontations as some kind of threat to their security. And some country may send forces in our direction or maybe even cross the border in small groups to confront organizations in the US then quickly exit back across the border. Notice I didn't say any of this would lead to a nuclear confrontation. Come on, I wouldn't ever imply that. Do you guys think I'm nuts or something?

A Longer Introduction and Your Favorite Additions

Now the two page intro to the site is longer instead of shorter. I had once strived for or at least hoped for making the intro shorter. One addition you guys may like is here. It's the sentence that begins with "Of course you guys".

I thought I'd make this paragraph online in the Geocities editor instead of first keying it in in Notepad on my PC where you guys can use EMR scans through my bedroom walls or web loggers to see it sooner before it gets uploaded to the site. It's more interesting this way sometimes. Sort of a surprise. Like the surprises you guys have for me at street intersections. I don't think I'd try any really big stunts at an intersection. Do you guys think I'm stupid enough to shut off my car engine while waiting at a red light at a busy intersection, get out of the car and walk up and down the sidewalk to see what you guys are up to?
