That's not far from USD. As in that's not far from USD. Meaning it's basically across the street, well almost across the street from USD. And it's a heck of a lot easier to get out of this facility by car and not be harrassed than it is to drive out of USD. I can go south down the hill to Mission Valley quickly. Not fast mind you. We don't want any speeding around here or anywhere. Or I can scoot north up Linda Vista Road. Of course that won't really prevent me from being hassled but I think I like my exit options out of this parking lot. By the way I haven't left yet. I just got here and there's another hour or two I can be on the net here at SDCOE before I have to go back to work.

The rules say no political activity or commercial activity on these PCs. (They have MACs too.) So I'll probably have to stay away from my art site when here. Which must make you guys want to cringe. You must be thinking "give me a break, this guy is worried about some web use rule at a county internet room." When the scope of this whole surveillance thing is probably more serious than that. I think it' a little more serious that a web room rule. Don't you? I think it may be. Do you think there's something more serious involved? I don't see any charges, no arrests and so no court dates. That's because I haven't done anything illegal. So you'll just have to keep trying to make me lose sleep. Then I won't be able to drive or function.

That hasn't happened so far. Because my conscience is just about clear. That was a joke. My conscience is clear. So no wonder you guys can't cause me to lose sleep. The more serious aspects I mentioned about this whole thing is you guys trying to make me lose sleep. Well it would seem that way from anyone observing this case. I'm being monitored and harrassed to a degree by you guys. So it's not far fetched to think you're trying to make me lose sleep. But that can't happen or the DMV would take away my driving privileges as they would to any driver in that case. But you guys can scan my room and see I get enough sleep.

Can you see my heart beating with IR scans? (That's infrared to the new people.) Thump-a-thump-a-thump-a-thump you see my heart beating. It beats fast doesn't it? Don't worry, it's been that way for years. It beats slower at random times when sleeping or even when awake. Which is healthier of course. If you guys get my heart rate up it's all over. Then you can go home. Well you are home in my neighborhood. I mean you can go back to your other homes. Or whatever. But like I said a clear conscience can help keep the old ticker rate under control.

It's so peaceful here in this SDCOE web room. There's a mellow music track playing over the speakers. I asked the room supervisor where I could get the music track on the net. And right now he's burning a CD for me of the whole hour of it. It's a free track of various artists not a pay for track. Nice of him to do that. You guys can come in here and ask him if a CD was copied for me. But he could get nosey and dig into this case. Same for the security guards at the entrances to USD. You wouldn't tell them to monitor my coming and going in USD. They may just go straight to their families about it. Then it would get to the media. So you may be telling some higher up security people at USD to watch me.

I can't do much about that except not go to USD. But I'll return there. And yep I'm going to park off campus and walk the whole way to the Copley library, a mile or so round trip. Did you guys like that stunt? Not really a stunt. It's just walking.

I could just keep typing here at this web room at SDCOE. But soon I'll have to face the streets. And head back to work.
