There's a brush fire on Cowles Mountain now. It's almost out so fast work with the fire departments. And use the fire departments' sirens for reacting to real fires and not to me. Today I noticed the sirens and fire truck presence couldn't be used to bother me on my mail route because of the Cowles Mtn fire.

And earlier today I had no intention of going to the Westfield (North County Fair) shopping center in Escondido. It was the Wild Animal Park all the way for me. Then one of you guys pulls in front of me. Even if I wasn't being tailed I would not go on San Pasqual road behind one of you guys. That's too uncomfortable even for everyday people. So I went around the Westfield buildings to stay out of his way. As you noticed I didn't go on the streets when going around the Westfield area the first time. I used the parking lots to circle around the buildings. With your GPS tracking did you notice how fast I made that circuit? No harm done and it would simply be a speeding ticket nothing more if LE saw that. And I may have been let go with just a warning anyway by any Westfield security. They were nowhere to be found while I was driving in the lots. Anyway there was hardly any traffic in the lots.
