College ID Card

Another month is here so this is my one or two days per month entry for February. How do you guys like my college ID card on display inside the front windshield of my car? It's going to stay there when I'm driving around until you send a police patrol car to write me a ticket for it. But that probably will never happen because the ID card is no bigger than a credit card.
It is placed in a position hanging from the top of the windshield but I doubt it's big enough to violate the DMV code of not having anything obstruct the view of the driver. But if it is I dare you guys to send a patrol car to write me up. If you did that would be enough for me, I wouldn't ever put up the ID card there anymore. One moving violation would be enough. But the ID is staying there for now when I'm driving. And by the way no patrol officer is going to pull me over for it unless you notify him or her that something's up with me and to have me ticketed.
A very important point about that ID card. The times I put it up and take it down. I leave it up all the time when driving except when pulling out of my parking space where I live or when entering the parking lot where I live. Or when approaching or leaving a parking place on the street where I live.
Let's say I were to only put up the ID card when I see a police patrol car. Well after a few days or weeks of that the police would see someone putting up a card hanging from the top of the windshield only when they see the police. Not a very smart thing to do. And the police may pull over the car to see if the ID is big enough to be an obstruction of the view. I suppose it could interpreted as big enough by someone, but again I doubt it's large enough. But anyway let's say then the person would be stuck with a ticket and having to answer to the police as to why he or she was quickly putting up a card whenever the police drove by.
So that's why I don't put up the card just as one of your vehicles is passing near me. This includes any of the following vehicles that may be operated by you guys: your limos, your Crown Vics, your ambulances, your fire trucks, any marked patrol cars that may be from you guys and any others of yours. Same is true for any vehicle or person for that matter. The card stays up all the time including when parked at malls, parks and everywhere else except at college where I have to wear the ID on my shirt when on campus. Again the card comes down at my parking lot or street parking where I live.
By leaving the card up all the time while driving around you guys can't accuse me of signaling any of your vehicles. That's a no no. It's not a good idea for anyone to signal or harass another vehicle. So the only way for you guys to even approach having me look like I'm trying signal you with my ID card is if you drove by me as I'm entering my home parking lot. Or possibly driving by me as I'm entering a street when leaving my home parking lot.
The card comes down when I enter the lot and goes up before I leave the lot. Good luck trying to go by me at those times. Even if you did I would still be consistent in the times the card goes up and down. It would be only at my home parking areas or at the college.
And if you do send out your vehicles near me at those times at home then I'll simply keep the card up until I drive into my home parking space. And put it up first thing when starting up my car at home. I'd prefer to not have the card showing when I pull into my home parking space because I think it's a little tacky for me exposing the card to you guys as I'm pulling up to park at home. That's because you guys can see it from the lot or the condos from which you guys have me under surveillance. I know you guys can see the card up in my car in our parking lot when I'm about to leave but I still don't like you guys to see the card when I'm parked in my regular space. All that about the ID card in my home parking lot may sound boring or silly but it matters if anyone is going by me when the card goes up and down.
And to address the point I made at the beginning of the entry that I've got the ID card up so you will notice it. Yes it's to get your attention the way a bumper sticker would. But I'm not doing anything illegal with it except maybe if it's interpreted as being big enough to obstruct the view. It is not signaling you guys and it's not harassing you guys. That's because the card is up all the time when I'm driving around away from my home parking area.
Activity of Your Guys' Vehicles
It's sort of like you guys not following excessively behind my car but instead having the limos, ambulances and others drive through intersections on streets perpendicular to the ones I'm driving on. Aww poor you guys, poor, poor little you guys. You guys are afraid the public will turn against you if you overdo it by having 10 or 20 of your vehicles following behind me. Or even just one following me around all the time.
You guys aren't poor in money. You have plenty of that. The term "poor you guys" is for the appearance that in some aspects of your surveillance of me you guys have got yourselves in a pickle. Like with my college ID card. So do something about it. But keep it legal or you will get sued.
You guys can't risk having the public ticked off at you or have the media going nuts about it if you drove right behind me all day or parked next to me all the time with noticeable vehicles like the limos, ambulances or fire trucks. Care to try to follow me around from behind? Oh I know you do that a few times. But it's rare. Even I have enough sense to see you guys are making the times you drive behind me look like incidental ocurrences as in normal driving. I'm talking about why don't you guys try it behind me with 10 vehicles, or one for an hour or two.
I realize you guys know that I've known for a long time that you guys can't afford to follow me around directly from behind for hours or even for many minutes, or park a fire truck in my parking lot overnight. I'm just rubbing it in. You can afford it financially, but probably can't afford it for legal or publicity reasons.
Spying Through Walls
This part I've said before on this site but you guys may notice I don't make deletions of significant content to these entries as I'm keying them in offline on my home computer. That's because you guys may be using EMR that can get computer screen images through walls. So if I enter something outrageous while offline there's no use removing it here before sending it to this website. That's because you guys may have it recorded.
