Out of State

Like I mentioned before on the site if CA state authorities order the National Guard to escort reporters who are hassled by you guys then your guys (the feds) may arrest the state official in charge. But as noted before if no military or police in CA try to rescue him or her then another state may try to help. That would probably involve out of state air force jets and transports sending troops to rescue the official. Which brings us to your guys' jet fighters in CA who won't sit idly around as some other state's planes are coming to free a prisoner.
