Well it looks like when the cloud cover and fog are low your guys' small planes are down too. I didn't see any of your planes doing flyby surveillance of me over my car. Not even a helicopter. And I took a chance and drove right down south on I-15 past Montgomery Field which is the heart of your surveillance area with the small planes. And I drove on into Mission Valley before going on the net at 10:30 am.

The clouds could easily have lifted enough for your planes to take off and monitor me as I drove down the I-15. I thought about going on the net earlier at a closer Kinko's to try to post this before the clouds could have lifted and any of your planes went up to follow me. But the low clouds and other particulates held low so I have been free of air surveillance so far today. Of course when the clouds break up later today your planes will be up following my car over Kearny Mesa and Santee.

So it's the low clouds and fog and something else, particulates preventing your guys' planes from flying over me today. Yes there's a mild Santa Ana wind going on and it's blowing all those fine particles and dust and whatever other particulates all over San Diego from the east. Particulates. I suspect so anyway that the fine particles from East County are a big factor in the poor visibility this morning. Could be wrong and it's really just only clouds and fog causing the problem. But I kinda think the particulates blowing in toward the west make it noticeably worse for flying. Breathing is tough too, it smells like...fine particulates in the air and it's probably not very healthy to breath it.
