We are in the present age that is giving much more importance for Communications. Due to the rapid change in the technology, communications become crucial part in the life. This communication can be taken place between persons or computers or organizations, that demands accuracy and much faster. As our ability to gather, process information and distribute information grows the demand for even more sophisticated information processing grows even faster. |

| Computers are used in several fields. One of such field is communication. In order to achieve the communication from one files computer to another computer, we have developed these Remote Servers; our Remote Servers allow the users to transfer the from one location to another. In our project we have developed two of such servers: FTP Server, which is a State protocol, HTTP Server, which is a State less protocol. | |
| The main objective behind the FTP server is to provide transferring the data to or from client to the server. The user can able to upload or download the files. Here we are mainly concentrating on the server side, so any third party client can connect to the server on the port that is listening and can perform data transfer. The main objective behind the HTTP server is to serve the clients, by sending the pages that are requested by the client. | |
