The purpose of this activity is to help you evaluate your own attitude toward other people and situations to see if you need to improve your attitude.
How to score:
5 = positively yes;  4 = mostly yes;  3 = undecided;  2 = mostly no;  1 = positively no

200 - 249 Your attitude toward others is good.
150 - 199 Your attitude needs improvement.
Below 150 You need to make a careful study of your attitude toward others, looking at your self as others see you! Then you need to begin working toward improving your attitude.
