BUTTERSCOTCH CHOCOLATE COOKIES
(Yield: 3½ dozen)

1 18¼-ounce chocolate cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 12-ounce package butterscotch morsels
½ cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs; beat until smooth.  Stir in butterscotch morsels and pecans.  Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto UNGREASED baking sheets.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until centers are just set.  Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to a wire rack and cool completely.  Store in an airtight container.
