CHOCOLATE
CHIP BROWNIES
(Yield: 2 dozen)
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1-1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 8½-ounce package chocolate wafers, crushed
1 14-ounce can condensed milk
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with
non-stick vegetable spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, coconut, and wafer
crumbs. Stir in condensed milk, butter, and vanilla. Pour into
prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on
a wire rack. Cut into bars.
