CHOCOLATE NUT BARS
(Yield: 2 dozen)

1¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
1 14-ounce can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter; mix well.  Press firmly on the bottom of prepared baking pan.  Bake for 8 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.

In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup chocolate morsels with condensed milk and vanilla.  Spread over prepared crust.  Top with remaining chocolate morsels, then nuts; press down firmly.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.  Cool in pan on wire rack.  Chill for 1 hour.  Cut into bars.
