CHOCOLATE
PEANUT BUTTER BARS
(Yield: 3 dozen)
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter
10 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels, melted
Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a medium bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut
butter and butter; mix until well blended. Spoon into prepared baking
pan, pressing into an even layer. Spread the melted chocolate over
the top.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until chocolate is firm. With a sharp
knife, cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
