CRISPY NUT BARS
(Yield: 3 dozen)

¼ cup butter or margarine
1 10-ounce package marshmallows
7 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup chopped nuts
3 1-ounce squares semisweet chocolate
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter; add marshmallows and cook, stirring frequently, until smooth.  Remove from heat, stir in rice cereal and nuts until well coated.  Spoon the mixture into prepared baking pan, pressing firmly to cover the bottom.  Cool until firm.

In a small saucepan, heat chocolate and butter until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.  Drizzle over the cereal mixture; let set.  Cut into bars.
