DARK CHOCOLATE MILK BARS
(Yield: 2 dozen)

1¾ cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1¼ cups butter or margarine
3 eggs, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon mint extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
1 14-ounce can condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugars, and cocoa powder.  Cut in ¾ cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Beat in eggs and ¼ teaspoon mint extract.  Spread the mixture in prepared baking pan.

Bake 25 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.

In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt ½ cup butter with chocolate morsels.  Stir in condensed milk and remaining mint extract.  Pour over the baked layer.  Let stand until set.  Refrigerate.  Cut into bars.
