FUDGE ‘N’ NUT BROWNIES
(Yield: 4 dozen)

1¾ cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 13½-ounce jar fudge ice cream
                                          topping
2 cups chopped walnuts
1½ cups self-rising flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla; beat until thoroughly combined.  Stir in the fudge topping, nuts, flour, and cocoa powder until well combined.  Pour into prepared baking pan.

Bake for 50 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.  Cool; cut into squares.
