FUDGY BROWNIES II
(Yield: 2 dozen)

16 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, 
                                      broken into pieces
¾ cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
Fudgy Frosting (below)

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and butter.  Microwave at 100% power for 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.

Add sugar to chocolate mixture, stirring until blended.  Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until blended.  Stir in flour and walnuts.  Spread in prepared baking pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.  Cool in pan on a wire rack.  Frost with Fudgy Frosting.  Cut into squares.

FUDGY FROSTING

9 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup butter or margarine, softened
2½ cups confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk

In a medium saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly, melt chocolate.  Add marshmallows; cook, stirring constantly, until melted.  Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; beat in butter.  Add sugar and vanilla alternately with milk; beating until smooth and spreadable.
