LOW-FAT
BROWNIES
(Yield: 16 brownies)
½ cup cocoa powder
1 4-ounce jar prune baby food
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup self-rising flour
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with
non-stick vegetable spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; beat until well
blended.
Bake for 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
