MUESLI BARS
(Yield: 15 squares)

5 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 cups crisp muesli cereal, crushed
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Line an 11x7-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, letting ends extend above the pan on 2 sides.  Lightly grease the foil with butter.

In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar.  Melt over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.  Add cereal and sunflower seeds; cook 2 to 3 minutes until mixture starts to gather together and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Scrape into prepared baking pan and press firmly with a spatula into an even layer.  Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

Lift the foil by the edges onto a cutting board.  Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
