NO BAKE BROWNIES
(Yield: 16 squares)

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 4-ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, smoothing it to fit.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, and cocoa powder.  Stir in nuts and chocolate morsels.  In a medium bowl, combine milk and vanilla; stir in pudding mix until thoroughly combined.  Add pudding mixture to crumb mixture, stirring until well blended.  Pour into prepared baking pan, packing down evenly with hands.  Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Turn out onto a cutting board.  Peel off the foil.  Cut into bars or squares.
