S'MORES
(Yield: 2 dozen)
¾ cup corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 12-ounce package Golden Graham cereal
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Spray a 13x9-inch baking with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a 3-quart saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, chocolate morsels
to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Place cereal in a large bowl; pour chocolate mixture over the top, tossing
to cover completely. Fold in marshmallows, 1 cup at a time.
Press the mixture evenly in prepared pan with the back of a buttered spoon.
Let stand until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into 2-inch squares.
