WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA BROWNIES
(Yield: 12 servings)

1 cup butter or margarine
10 1-ounce squares white chocolate, broken
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 325°F.  Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving and overhang.  Lightly butter the foil.

In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate, stirring until mixture is smooth.  Remove from heat, stir in sugar and vanilla.  Add eggs; beating until well blended.  Stir in flour and nuts until just combined.  Pour into prepared baking pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool complete on a wire rack.  Lift out of pan; peel off the foil, and cut into squares.
