Now this is a different paragraph with a different font, let us see how this comes out. This paragraph should be in a shade of PURPLE...I hope I get the hang of this soon... Now what will happen if I want the NEXT paragraph to be a different font and color, I think I will try that next, now that I rambled on in this paragraph just to get some text. This was in a PARAGRAPH style tag.
I am now trying a paragraph again, but with an INLINE command, which seems to be overriding the embedded paragraph command that is in my heading. My heading paragraph tag would have made this PURPLE as in the preceding paragraph, but I have overrided it with an inline command....blah.blah. BUT!! Because of the in-line command I have, you should be reading this in BLACK!
VIKKI, is this allowed to override a paragraph when I started with an embedded page???
Well, now this paragraph should come out like the first paragraph, PURPLE, with the embedded style command taking over again.
Now this is the table data, let us see how this comes out, this should be in a maroon color, did I get this tag correctly? | ![]() Now this text should be the same color and font size as the previous cell |
Now lets see what this color is, I have a font tag IN this cell so it should override the embedded CSS thingy, the color should be BLACK | |
I think I like the embedded CSS much better than the linked CSS, it just seems easier...I think I will try to put my link to my CSS LINKED page here...LINKED STYLE SHEET |
GRRRRR!!! I CAN NOT get the above table to center in NETSCAPE! I have tried Div align center, P align center, I have put center tags in the TR and the TD's, but Netscape will STILL not center that table....Any further suggestions??
Thanks for the suggestions, Vikki, Hopefully it will now work!
