When we look atthe last two years of FCAT reading scores in fourth grade at Justina, wefind that of the kids who made it into level 3 or 4 or 5, of the 5 levels inreading, 43% made it in 1998-1999. After one year of America's Choice, did they now boost this to 50% or 60% or 70%? Nope. After one year, now only 42% of the kids made it into the top three levels of reading achievement.
