Peanut Butter Fudge

1 - (12 oz. bag) milk chocolate morsels, 1 - (12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter, 1 - (14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Melt chocolte & peanut butter in top of double boiler. Remove from heat & stir in milk. Pour in an 8" x  8" pan lined with wax paper. Refrigerate. Cut into 1" pieces. Makes 1 1/2 lbs. fudge.

Peanut Clusters

1 - (6 oz.)  pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 1/3 c creamy peanut butter, 1 c roasted peanuts

Melt chocolate bits & peanut butter in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir until blended. Add peanuts, stirring to coat. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper & chill until set. Makes about 2 dozen.

Crunchy Mallow Candy

1 - (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 c crunchy peanut butter, 4 c miniature marshmallows

Microwave chips & peanut butter in large bowl on medium (50%) 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is melted. Gently stir in marshmallows. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Refrigerate until firm.

Crunchy Coconut Candy

1 - (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 - (8 oz.) jar peanut butter, 1 1/2 c nuts, 1 c coconut

Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter in glass bowl in microwave. add nuts & coconut. Drop spoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheet & refrigerate until firm.
