Peanut Butter Fudge |
|
|
1 - (12 oz. bag) milk chocolate morsels, 1 - (12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter, 1 - (14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk |

Melt chocolte & peanut butter in top of double boiler. Remove from heat & stir in milk. Pour in an 8" x 8" pan lined with wax paper. Refrigerate. Cut into 1" pieces. Makes 1 1/2 lbs. fudge. |

Peanut Clusters |

|
1 - (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 1/3 c creamy peanut butter, 1 c roasted peanuts |

Melt chocolate bits & peanut butter in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir until blended. Add peanuts, stirring to coat. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper & chill until set. Makes about 2 dozen. |

Crunchy Mallow Candy |
|

1 - (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 c crunchy peanut butter, 4 c miniature marshmallows |

|
Microwave chips & peanut butter in large bowl on medium (50%) 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is melted. Gently stir in marshmallows. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Refrigerate until firm. |

1 - (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 - (8 oz.) jar peanut butter, 1 1/2 c nuts, 1 c coconut |

|
Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter in glass bowl in microwave. add nuts & coconut. Drop spoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheet & refrigerate until firm. |
