My Pie Recipes
Key Lime Pie
1 small can frozen limeade (thawed), 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 t green food coloring, 8 oz. prepared whipped topping (thawed), 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
Put limeade in bowl. Add condensed milk & stir. Blend in food coloring. Add whipped topping & stir. Pour mixture into crust. Cover & freeze overnight.
Lemonade Pie
1 small can frozen lemonade (thawed),8 oz. prepared  whipped topping (thawed), 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1  prepared graham cracker pie crust
Put lemonade in bowl. Add condensed milk & stir. Add whipped topping & stir. Pour mixture into crust. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Million Dollar Pie
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 c coconut, 1 c crushed pineapple (drained), 1 c chopped pecans, 8 oz. whipped topping (thawed), 1/4 c lemon juice, 2 graham cracker pie crust
Mix all ingredients together & pour into crusts. Sprinkle with some chopped pecans if desired for garnish & chill.
Pineapple Cheesecake Pie
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding, 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, 1 pint sour cream, 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
Mix together pudding & pineapple including juice. Stir in sour cream. Pour into pie shell & chill.
Margarita Pie
1 - (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened), 2 pkgs. margarita mix, 1/2 - 3/4 c sugar, 1 - (8 oz.) carton prepared whipped topping, 1 graham cracker pie crust
Cream the cream cheese until fluffy. Add margarita mix & sugar & beat until smooth. Add whipped topping & mix. Freeze in graham cracker crust until ready to serve.
Pumpkin Cream Pie
8 oz. frozen whipped topping (thawed), 2 1/2 c milk, 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 c canned pumpkin, 2 t pumpkin pie spice, 1 9" graham cracker pie crust
Blend together pumpkin & spice. Add milk. Blend in pudding mix & whipped topping. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into pie shell & chill overnight.
Chocolate Pie
1 graham cracker pie crust, 1 milk chocolate bar (7 oz.) broken into pieces, 8 oz. frozen whipped topping (thawed)
In medium sized microwave bowl place candy pieces. Microwave at high for 1 minute or until chocolate is smooth when stirred. Cool slightly. Fold whipped topping into melted chocolate; spoon into pie crust. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie
1 quart vanilla ice cream, 1 c canned pumpkin, 1/4 c sugar, 1/4 t cinnamon, 1/4 t ginger, 1 large graham cracker pie crust
Take ice cream out of freezer & let it become soupy. Stir pumpkin, sugar, ginger & cinnamon together in a bowl. Add ice cream & stir well. Pour into crust. Freeze overnight.
Toffee Cream Pie
1 - (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, 1/2 c milk, 1 - (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, 2 T sugar, 1 - (6 oz.) pkg. toffee brickle bits - (divided), 1 - 9" graham cracker crust
In deep bowl, using mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, & milk. Add 3/4 c toffee bits. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle remaining bits over filling. Freeze overnight.
