Aaron Kwok in 2000 A.D claims that the only form of plastic
surgery that she would consider is to increase her height.
"No matter how painful, I will still do it. Because
on screen, if you are like very short and petite, there
will be less people whom you can partner with. Not too
bad for girls lah. It is worst for the guys." When
we tried to comfort her and tell her that she you can
wear heels, Cynthia said, "It is really tiring. The
highest I will go in 3 inch. What is more, even though
I may wear heels, when people like Phyllis wear heels,
you still cannot 'out-tall' them. Hahaha..."
